🛍️ Return Policy for Custom Items
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom engraved items are final sale and non-refundable once production has begun.
However, we want you to love your order! Here’s what you can expect:
🔄 Proofing Process:
Your purchase includes two rounds of design edits before engraving. We’ll send you a digital proof to approve, ensuring the design is just right before production.
đź’Ą Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll happily replace or remake the item at no cost to you. Photos of the issue and packaging may be required for claims.
📬 Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if design work has not yet started. After that, cancellations are no longer possible due to the custom nature of our products.
